PATHOGENESIS AND CLINICAL-LABORATORY APPROACHES IN TRANSIENT GASTRITIS WITH LIVER DISEASES

Abstract

This article comprehensively analyzes the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, and laboratory and instrumental diagnostic approaches to gastritis developing against the background of liver diseases. The main goal of the study is to scientifically substantiate the mechanisms of gastroduodenal damage associated with hepatobiliary system dysfunction, identify pathogenetic phenotypes of gastritis, and improve differential diagnostic criteria. The article covers the effects of portal hypertension, bile reflux, Helicobacter pylori infection, metabolic syndrome, and oxidative stress on the gastric mucosa based on modern scientific sources. The relationship between microcirculatory disorders, chemical damage, and inflammatory mediators in gastritis with liver diseases is also analyzed. The diagnostic algorithm shows the clinical significance of anamnestic data, biochemical markers, endoscopic examination, and methods for detecting Helicobacter pylori. As a result of the study, the portal-hemodynamic, bile-reflux, and infectious-metabolic phenotypes of gastritis were conceptually substantiated. The proposed integrative approach serves to increase the effectiveness of individual diagnostics and targeted therapy in clinical practice.
