Abstract

This article discusses hypokinesia of internal organs, consequences and their
treatment. Hypokinesia and physical inactivity are often considered synonymous words, but
there are differences between them. Thus, physical inactivity is a consequence of prolonged
hypokinesia and manifests itself in the form of a decrease in muscle strength. In itself, it occurs
due to a forced decrease in physical activity, for example, during a period of bed rest, a
sedentary lifestyle, or due to professional characteristics
