Currently, in the conditions of ischemia, the intensity of peroxide oxidation of
lipids of the heart mitochondria membrane increases, ATF synthesis decreases, antioxidant
enzyme activities change, and mPTP permeability increases [3]. However, in the conditions of
experimental ischemia, SFL isolated from the plant Crocus sativus L. belonging to the family
Iridaceae and Alhagi canescens (Regel) belonging to the family Fabaceae (Leguminosae) B.
Keller & Shap. The effects of flavonoids isolated from the plant Narcissin have not been
studied.
