In the article, the essence, purpose, tasks of wellness technologies, as well as
the relevance and importance of wellness technologies in physical education and sports in the
formation of a healthy lifestyle today.
The functions of physical movement in improving the system of physical education and
wellness activities of students of pedagogical higher educational institutions and improving
the work productivity of students during the day, mentally and physically, have been
scientifically substantiated.
