Abstract

In this article, the professional identity manifested in professional activity, its manifestation forms, influencing factors, and the pedagogical and psychological features of the development of teachers depending on their age and professional experience are reflected. The content and pedagogical conditions of effective organization of teachers' professional activities were also discussed.
