CONCERNING THE COURT'S SPEECH AND ITS CONTENT
Ismailov Khurmatillo is the son of Tolkinjan

If we look at the existing research on Uzbek court speech, it seems that the research of jurists is in vain. In these cases, the court speech is evaluated as a component of the art of oratory. Acknowledging the valuable research of jurists, it is necessary to emphasize that the evaluation of court speech only from the perspective of jurists as part of the art of oratory causes its linguistic aspects to be neglected. Our opinion is proved by the fact that speech has become the primary object of research in the science of linguistics, and that a number of valuable conclusions surrounding linguistic and non-linguistic factors are gathered at the intersection of personality and speech.
