The anthropology of everyday life allows us to view the work of a teacher not only as a professional activity, but also as a culturally valuable, physical-spatial and emotional experience. The article examines the main aspects of the daily life of a modern teacher, including habitual practices, symbolic gestures, body rules, digital burden and personal conflicts. An attempt is made to understand the invisible aspects of the teaching profession, ways of humanizing the lives of teachers and non-standard approaches to the formation of stability and professional comfort are proposed.
