Abstrak

Bo'lajak o'qituvchilarning kasbiy tayyorgarligining muhim qismi sifatida qaraladigan o'qituvchilik amaliyoti ularning kasbiy bilimlarini shakllantirishga o'ziga xos hissa qo'shadi. Talaba o'zining pedagogik dunyoqarashini shakllantirish bosqichida fanlarni nazariy o'rganishdan talabalar bilan to'g'ridan-to'g'ri o'zaro munosabatlarga o'tganda, u olingan bilimlarni qo'llash, uni yangi bosqichda tushunish va ongini qo'shimcha tajriba bilan qayta qurollantirishni talab qiladigan vaziyatga tushib qoladi, bu faqat akademik tadqiqotlar doirasida mumkin emas. Haqiqiy ta'lim muhitiga kirish, o'quvchilarning jonli guruhi bilan tanishish, sinfda va maktabda ta'lim muhitini yaratishda ishtirok etish, hamkasblarni kuzatish, o'quv materiali bilan bevosita ishlash, qiyin vaziyatlarni hal qilish va noaniq uslubiy muammolarni hal qilish - bularning barchasi nafaqat bo'lajak o'qituvchining kasbiy kompetentsiyalarini boyitadi, balki unda rivojlantiradi.
