Abstrak

Aorta silliq tolali muskul hujayralari (STMHU) aorta devorining tunica media
qavatini tashkil etib, arterial moslashuvchanlik va qon bosimini barqaror saqlashda markaziy rol
o‘ynaydi. Ularning qisqarishi hujayra ichidagi Ca²⁺ signallari, kalsiy–kalmudulin kompleksi orqali
myozin yengil zanjir kinazani (MLCK) faollashtirish, shuningdek RhoA/ROCK va PKC/CPI-17
yo‘llari orqali kuchaytiriladi, natijada aktin–miozin kesishmalari hosil bo‘lib, devor tarangligi
oshadi. Bo‘shashish esa endoteliy hujayralaridan sintezlangan azot oksidi (NO) orqali cGMP/PKG
hamda β₂-adrenoseptor–cAMP/PKA yo‘llarini ishga solishi natijasida Ca²⁺ konsentratsiyasi
pasayishi va myozin yengil zanjir fosfataza (MLCP) faollashuvi orqali yuzaga keladi.
