bilan bog‘liq [Boyman L., 2019; Cosme P., 2020]. Bu jarayon mitoxondriyalar membrana
potensialining qisqa muddatli depolarizatsiyasi bilan bog‘liq bo‘lib, nafas olish zanjirining
faollashishi, elektronlar oqimining tezlashishi va buning natijasida KFSh larining pasayishiga olib
keladi. Yuqori o‘tkazuvchan poraning doimiy ochilishi bilan bog‘liq bo‘lib, to‘liq va doimiy
mitoxondriya depolyarizatsiyaga va mitoxondriya ichki membranasi bo‘ylab ionlar va
eritmalarning qayta taqsimlanishiga olib keladi. Nafas olish zanjirining suprakomplekslariga zarar
yetkaziladi [Jang S. 2017], bu elektronlar oqimining yomonlashishiga, ayniqsa I kompleks orqali
KFSh ishlab chiqarishni ko‘payishiga olib keladi.
