ushbu maqola ta’lim jarayonida pedagogik amaliyotning talabalarning kasbiy kompetensiyalarini shakllantirishdagi o‘rni va ahamiyatini tadqiq etadi. Kasbiy ta’lim kontekstida amaliyot va kompetensiya tushunchalari nazariy asosda tahlil qilingan, ularning rivojlanish mexanizmlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot nazariy yondoshuvga asoslanib, real hayotiy misollar va statistik ma’lumotlar bilan boyitilgan. Xulosa qismida pedagogik amaliyotni rejalashtirish va uni samarali o‘tkazish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar beriladi.
