Ushbu maqolada Xitoy Xalq Respublikasining yumshoq kuchini targ'ib qilishda Xitoy gastronomiyasining roli o'rganiladi. Unda Xitoyning oshpazlik imidjining shakllanishining tarixiy asoslari, uning xalqaro munosabatlarga ta'siri va mamlakatning madaniy jozibadorligi tahlil qilinadi.
