Abstrak

      Ushbu maqolada Altsgeymer kasalligi haqida umumiy va zamonaviy ilmiy qarashlar yoritilgan. Xususan, kasallikning tarixi, kelib chiqish sabablari va patogenez mexanizmlari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, Altsgeymer kasalligini davolashda hozirda qo‘llanilayotgan asosiy dori vositalari, jumladan xolinesteraza ingibitorlari va NMDA-retseptor antagonistlarining ta’sir mexanizmlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Bundan tashqari, maqolada kasallikni sekinlashtirishga qaratilgan an’anaviy davolash usullari bilan bir qatorda, Altsgeymer kasalligini davolashga qaratilgan yangi ilmiy tadqiqotlar, xususan miya hujayralarining energiya muvozanati va NAD⁺ molekulasi bilan bog‘liq zamonaviy yondashuvlar muhokama qilingan. Ushbu tadqiqotlar kelajakda kasallikni nafaqat sekinlashtirish, balki uning rivojlanishini qaytarish imkoniyatlarini ochib berishi mumkin.
