Ushbu maqolada bodring po‘sti asosidagi ekstrakt tarkibidagi fenol birikmalar miqdorini aniqlashda yuqori samarali suyuqlik xromatografiyasi (YUSSX) usuli qo‘llanildi. Tadqiqot davomida gal kislotasi, salitsil kislotasi, rutin, kversetin, apigenin va kempferol kabi asosiy polifenollar standart eritmalari tayyorlanib, ularning xromatografik tahlili amalga oshirildi. Namuna tayyorlashda etanol erituvchisi yordamida ultratovushli ekstraksiya usuli qo‘llanildi.
