Abstrak

Maqolada og'iz bo'shlig'ida so'lak alfa-amilazasi (KF 3.2.1.1) ta'sirida uglevodlarning dastlabki parchalanishi va bu jarayonning oshqozondagi oqsil gidrolizi samaradorligiga ta'siri o'rganilgan. Tadqiqot 32 nafar 18–25 yoshli sog'lom volontyorlarda klinik metod asosida olib borildi. Pepsin (KF 3.4.23.1) fermentining proteoliytik faolligi spektrofotometrik usulda Anson modifikatsiyasi yordamida o'lchandi. Olingan natijalar ko'rsatdiki, so'lak amilazasi ta'sirida hosil bo'lgan dekstrinlar va maltozaning oshqozonga tushishi pepsin faolligini o'rtacha 15,4% ga (p<0,05) oshiradi. Mazkur o'zaro ta'sir mexanizmi hazm jarayonining yaxlitligini ta'minlovchi muhim biokimyoviy bog'lanishni ifoda etadi va dietologiya, gastroenterologiya hamda parhez ovqatlanish sohalarida amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
