Abstrak

Mazkur maqolada bo‘lajak maktabgacha ta’lim pedagoglarining ijtimoiykasbiy rivojlanish jarayonida lokus nazoratning roli, uning pedagogik faoliyatga ta’siri va kasbiy shakllanish jarayonida ichki lokus nazoratni rivojlantirish yo‘llari tahlil qilinadi. Ichki lokus nazoratga ega bo‘lgan pedagoglarning tashabbuskorligi, kasbiy motivatsiyasi va ta’lim jarayonidagi samaradorligi ilmiy tahlil qilingan.
