Abstract

This article analyzes the role of locus of control in the socio-professional development of future preschool teachers, its impact on pedagogical activity, and ways to develop internal locus of control in the process of professional formation. The initiative, professional motivation, and effectiveness of teachers with internal locus of control in the educational process are scientifically analyzed.
