Abstrak

Maktabgacha ta’lim tarbiyachi-pedagoglarining ijtimoiy-kasbiy rivojlanishi zamonaviy ta’lim tizimidagi eng dolzarb masalalardan biridir. Mazkur maqolada bo‘lajak tarbiyachilarning kasbiy kompetensiyasini shakllantirish, innovatsion ta’lim texnologiyalaridan foydalanish, pedagogik faoliyatda ijtimoiy-emotsional ko‘nikmalarni rivojlantirish tendensiyalari tahlil etiladi. Bundan tashqari, xalqaro tajribalar, kompetensiyaviy yondashuv va mentorlik tizimining ahamiyati ham yoritiladi. Maqolada maktabgacha ta’lim tarbiyachilarining ijtimoiy va kasbiy jihatdan rivojlanishini ta’minlashga qaratilgan amaliy tavsiyalar beriladi hamda kelajakdagi istiqbolli yo‘nalishlar belgilab beriladi
