Abstract

The socio-professional development of preschool educators is one of the most pressing issues in the modern education system. This article analyzes the trends in the formation of professional competence of future educators, the use of innovative educational technologies, and the development of socio-emotional skills in pedagogical activities. In addition, international experience, the importance of the competency-based approach and the mentoring system are highlighted. The article provides practical recommendations aimed at ensuring the social and professional development of preschool educators and identifies promising future directions
