Abstrak

Ushbu maqolada Sharqiy biota (Biota orientalis) o‘simligi ekstrakti
tarkibidagi fenol birikmalar miqdori yuqori samarali suyuqlik xromatografiyasi (YUSSX/HPLC)
usuli yordamida aniqlandi. Tadqiqot davomida o‘simlik namunalaridan ekstrakt olish, ularni
dastlabki ishlovdan o‘tkazish va fenol birikmalarni ajratib olish jarayonlari yoritilgan. Tahlil
natijalariga ko‘ra, ekstrakt tarkibida biologik faol fenol birikmalarining sezilarli miqdorda
mavjudligi aniqlandi. Ushbu ma’lumotlar Sharqiy biota asosida yaratiladigan biologik faol
qo‘shimchalar sifatini baholashda hamda farmatsevtik mahsulotlar ishlab chiqarishda muhim
ahamiyatga ega.
