Mazkur maqolada kartoshka (Solanum tuberosum L.) bargining spirtli
ekstraktining antiradikal faolligini DPPH erkin radikallarini so`ndirish usulida baholash boyicha
olib borilgan tadqiqot natijalari keltirilgan. Quritilgan va maydalangan kartoshka bargini 20 daqiqa
davomida ultratovushli vannada 96 % li etanolda ekstraktsiya qilib olingan ekstraktning
antiradikal faolligi juda yuqori bo`lib, IC50 ko`rsatgichi 15,28 ekanligi aniqlandi.
