This article presents the results of a study conducted to evaluate the antiradical activity of an alcoholic extract of potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) leaves by the DPPH free radical scavenging method. The extract, obtained by extracting dried and crushed potato leaves in 96% ethanol in an ultrasonic bath for 20 minutes, showed a very high antiradical activity, with an IC50 value of 15.28.
