Abstrak

Sut kislotasi bakteriyalari (LAB), Bacillus jinsi bakteriyalari va Rhodotorulla, Geotrichum va Sacchoromyces jinsi xamirturushlari biosurfaktanlarni (BS) sintez qilish qobiliyati uchun skrining o'tkazildi. Klassik, mikrobiologik va molekulyar genetik usullardan foydalangan holda shtammlarning turlarga mansubligi aniqlandi. BS biosintezi uchun optimal ozuqaviy muhit tanlangan. Olingan B. amyloliquefaciens UzRSMMT-413 va B.licheniformis 9/2 UzRSMMT-396 shtammlarining BS ning fizik-kimyoviy va biologik xossalarini o‘rganish natijasida BS keng pH, harorat va NaCl oralig‘ida barqaror ekanligini ko‘rsatdi. B. cereus, E. coli, Ps madaniyatlarini sinab ko'rish uchun BS ning antibakterial faolligi. aeruginosa, C. albicants tashkil etilgan. Birinchi marta BS shtammi B. subtilis UzRSMMT-413 eritmasidan foydalanib, mikroemulsiya olindi, uning asosida gelning dozalash shakli ishlab chiqildi va kurkuminning suvdagi eritmasi asosida yaratilgan mikroemulsiyaning o'ziga xos faolligi baholandi.
