Abstract

Screening of lactic acid bacteria (LAB), bacteria of the genus Bacillus and yeasts of the genus Rhodotorula, Geotrichum and Sacchoromyces was carried out for the ability to synthesize biosurfactants (BS). Using classical, microbiological and molecular genetic methods, the species affiliation of the strains was established. Optimal nutrient media for BS biosynthesis were selected. The study of the physicochemical and biological properties of the obtained BS of the strains B. amyloliquefaciens UzRSMMT-413 and B. licheniformis 9/2 UzRSMMT-396 showed that BS are stable in a wide range of pH, temperature and NaCl. Antibacterial activity of BS to test cultures of B. cereus, E. coli, Ps. aeruginosa, C. albicants was established. For the first time, using a solution of the BS strain B. subtilis UzRSMMT-413, a microemulsion was obtained, on the basis of which a gel dosage form was developed, and the specific activity of the microemulsion developed on the basis of an aqueous solution of curcumin was assessed.
