Ushbu maqola O‘zbekistonda 2020–2024 yillarda noan’anaviy o‘simliklardan (yalpiz, romashka, issiqquloq) shifobaxsh choy ishlab chiqarish texnologiyasini ekonometrik tahlil orqali o‘rganadi. Ishlab chiqarish hajmi, xomashyo sifati va energiya sarfining mahsulot sifatiga ta’siri tahlil qilindi. STATA dasturidagi korelatsiya va regressiya natijalari asosida samaradorlikni oshirish uchun texnologik takliflar berildi, bu mahalliy ishlab chiqarishni rivojlantirishga xizmat qiladi.
