Ushbu maqolada bodring po‘sti ekstrakti tarkibidagi suvda eruvchan vitaminlarning miqdorini aniqlash uchun yuqori samarali suyuqlik xromatografiyasi (YUSSX) usuli qo‘llanildi. Tadqiqot davomida B guruhi vitaminlari (B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, B12, PP) hamda C vitamini standart eritmalari tayyorlanib, ularning xromatografik tahlili amalga oshirildi.
