DETERMINATION OF WATER-SOLUBLE VITAMINS IN CUCUMBER PEEL EXTRACT BY THE YUSSX METHOD

In this study, high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was employed to determine the content of water-soluble vitamins in cucumber peel extract. During the research, standard solutions of B-group vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, B12, PP) as well as vitamin C were prepared and subjected to chromatographic analysis.
