NITRIT VA NITRATLAR INTOKSIKATSIYASINING INSON ORGANIZMIGA TA’SIRI

Jahon Sog‘liqni saqlash tashkiloti, Amerikalik, meva, don, suvAbstrak
Nitrit toksikligining asosiy mexanizmi temirning oksidlanishidir. YA’ni
gemoglobin tarkibidagi temir (Fe2+) ni temir (Fe3+) valentlik holatiga o‘tib metemoglobinni
hosil qilishidadir. Adabiyotlardan ma’lumki, metemoglobin hosil bo‘lishi natijasida inson
to‘qimalari va hujayralariga kislorod yetib borish jarayonida buzilishlar kuzatiladi
Natijada, organizmda turli patologik holatlarning rivojlanishi uchun imkoniyat
yaratiladi. Aytishimiz mumkinki, organizmni niritlar bilan zaharlanishi qon tarkibidagi
metgemoglabin ulushiga bog‘liq. So‘ngi yillarda olib borilgan ilmiy tadqiqotlar inson saratoni
etiologiyasida azot oksidining qonda ko‘payishishini isbotlagan.
