This article studies modern trends in the social and professional development of preschool educators. The study analyzes the role of innovative educational technologies in the pedagogical process, the importance of methodological approaches in improving the professional competence of educators, as well as the role of the psychological approach in working with children. The study also discusses issues of professional training of educators in the field of preschool education, the development of skills such as time management and effective organization of the educational process. This work presents the need to enrich the methods put forward in pedagogical practice with innovative technologies and recommendations aimed at improving the qualifications of educators.References
