This article analyzes modern trends in the process of socio-professional development of future preschool educators. Globally, digital technologies, pedagogical innovations, and the development of the education system are considered as important factors of professional development. It also considers the impact of modern trends on the professional competencies of educators, their effectiveness in the educational process, and their role in raising children. The article considers scientific approaches, problems, and promising solutions in this area, and gives practical recommendations.References
