This article aims to study the theoretical foundations of the formation of speech culture in preschool children, its impact on child development, and the role of teachers and parents. Speech culture, as one of the main components of children's personality, helps them to be successful in social communication. The process of developing speech culture serves to form children's skills in the correct and fluent use of language, to establish correct communication and social relations between them.References
