This article analyzes the effect of swimming lessons on the body in preschool children with disabilities. Swimming is one of the effective forms of physical activity, which helps to improve children's motor activity, strengthen the musculoskeletal system, and develop the respiratory and cardiovascular systems. Also, classes in the aquatic environment play an important role in improving the psycho-emotional state of children, increasing their social adaptation, and reducing stress levels. Studies show that swimming has a positive effect on the development of motor skills in children with disabilities and helps to improve their quality of life. This article discusses the effect of swimming lessons on the body of children with disabilities based on scientific theories and practical research results on the topic.References
