METHODOLOGY FOR PREPARING STUDENTS TO WORK WITH GIFTED STUDENTS BASED ON THE ENRICHMENT APPROACH (ON THE EXAMPLE OF PRIMARY EDUCATION)

This article discusses the growing interest in giftedness, creating conditions for it, and studying gifted students in the era of globalization. It is known from the history of mankind that giftedness manifests itself in different ways, but people think that it manifests itself only in a clear form, that is, the results of the activities of a gifted student are obvious and unmistakable. However, in fact, in addition to what is clearly visible, there are also talents that people usually do not notice and that manifest themselves in a hidden form. We must admit that primary school students rarely show their talents and, as a result, are neglected in the development of their talents. Therefore, when working with gifted students in primary grades, it is necessary to work on the basis of a developmental, enriching approach - an approach that is currently entering world pedagogy with the concept of "enrichment". The article analyzes this problem.
