BIOTECHNOLOGY OF PURE ISOLATION OF LACTASE ENZYME WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF LACTOBACTERIUM CASEI MICROORGANISM
Keywords:
Lactobacterium casei, probiotic, intestinal microflora, fermentation, lactic acid, immunity, dairy products.Abstract
Lactobacterium casei is one of the probiotic bacteria that is important for human health and is widely used to balance the intestinal microflora, strengthen immunity, and ferment food products. This bacterium grows actively in dairy products and limits the development of harmful microorganisms by producing lactic acid. Modern biotechnology allows it to be widely used in the preparation of pharmaceuticals, dietary products, and functional foods.
