This article presents the results of biochemical analysis of the yield and fruit of various peach varieties.
The research was conducted to identify the best peach varieties in terms of yield, fruit quality, and valuable economic characteristics.
The research was conducted in 2023-2024 in the collection orchard of peaches established on the low-yielding, stony-gravel soil of the Fergana Scientific and Experimental Station, based on the results of chemical analysis of the fruit, in various local and foreign varieties. Ifora, Hosiyat, Champion were identified as the varieties that excel in terms of peach yield, and Hosiyat, Vostok were identified as the varieties suitable for use as raw materials in the canning industry based on their biochemical indicators.
