This article analyzes the ability of modern educators to effectively use innovative technologies in the educational process. In the course of technological progress, teachers have a wide range of tools and opportunities aimed at improving the teaching and learning processes, which serve to increase the quality of the educational process. The article discusses various innovative technologies, including gamification, mobile learning, artificial intelligence, virtual learning environments, and data visualization. The possibilities of creating a personalized and student-centered learning environment through the use of these technologies are shown. The article also emphasizes the importance of continuous professional development, data-based decision-making, digital citizenship education, and ethical issues for the successful implementation of innovative technologies in pedagogical practice. The need for teachers to analyze their own practice, as well as constantly update their knowledge and skills, is scientifically substantiated.
