DEEPENING STUDENTS' KNOWLEDGE IN TEACHING SOLID STATE PHYSICS AND CHEMISTRY THROUGH AN INTEGRATIVE APPROACH.

This article studies the role, importance and effectiveness of the integrative approach in teaching solid state physics and chemistry on a scientific, theoretical and practical basis. It is argued that by explaining physical and chemical concepts in an interconnected manner in the educational process, students' knowledge can be deepened, interdisciplinary thinking can be formed, and the level of holistic perception of topics can be increased.
In lessons taught through the integrative approach, theoretical concepts are linked to real-life processes and practice, which increases student motivation and contributes to a solid assimilation of the educational material. The study identified the advantages of the integrative approach through an analysis of the existing literature, experimental exercises, student opinions and comparative analyses.
