PHYSICAL PREPARATION OF ATHLETES IN THE 3000 METERS TRAINING PROCESS

This article examines the physical training of track and field athletes in the 3000-meter race. The main focus is on determining the development of the athlete's physical qualities during training, i.e. using special tests that reflect physical qualities (100 m, 400 m, 800 m, 1000 m, 3000 m, long jump, standing jump, triple jump, 2 kg medicine balls).
