IMPROVING CLINICAL TRAINING AND INDEPENDENT LEARNING IN NEONATOLOGY THROUGH A CREDIT-MODULE SYSTEM

This study evaluated a credit-module approach designed to improve clinical learning and independent learning among neonatology students. Using structured independent learning modules, case-based assessment, and active learning, the experimental group outperformed the traditional group in terms of knowledge, skills, and motivation. The results confirm that credit-module systems can effectively improve medical education outcomes when implemented with appropriate support and structure.
