This article explores the impact of age-specific characteristics on the development of physical qualities in wrestlers. The study involved athletes aged 10 to 20, divided into three age groups. A tailored training program was designed for each group, focusing on developing strength, speed, endurance, and coordination. Over the course of eight weeks, systematic training and assessments were conducted. Results showed that younger athletes improved mainly in coordination and endurance, mid-aged participants progressed in strength and speed, while older athletes demonstrated balanced improvements across all qualities. A review of relevant literature supports the importance of considering physiological and psychological age-related factors in training planning. The study concludes that age-appropriate and individualized training approaches significantly enhance the physical preparedness and performance outcomes of wrestlers
