The demands placed on education in modern society are changing dramatically. These changes also require a new approach to the personality of a 21st-century teacher. This thesis analyzes the psychological aspects of the teacher's image, current problems in this area, and their psychological solutions. The analysis is based on modern psychological concepts, empirical research, and real problems in the educational process.
