This article discusses the theoretical foundations and practical approaches to the formation of constructive thinking skills in students during chemistry lessons. Based on the theories of constructivist pedagogy, methods for developing critical, creative and problem-solving thinking are analyzed. It also reveals the formation of students' active and conscious attitude to knowledge through interactive methods, laboratory work, project-based learning and group work. The article provides recommendations for the effective organization of chemistry lessons based on the ideas of scientists such as Jean Piaget, Lev Vygotsky, Jerome Bruner regarding the constructivist approach.
