Abstract

This article analyzes the influence of school teachers on shaping students’ interest in labor, personal development, and the choice of their future professional direction. In the process of career guidance, special attention is given to the teacher’s pedagogical skills, psychological approach, use of modern teaching methods, and personal example. In addition, effective strategies are proposed for identifying students’ professional interests and guiding them according to their individual abilities and inclinations.
