PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS OF FORMING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE IN STUDENTS: POSITIVE SPORTS HABITS

The main goal of this study is to determine the role and importance of psychological factors in the process of forming a healthy lifestyle in students, especially to find ways to effectively support this process through positive sports habits. In the modern world, the decrease in physical activity and the increase in health problems among the younger generation are becoming a serious problem. Therefore, it is urgent to study the role of sports and psychological attitudes towards them in promoting a healthy lifestyle. The study analyzed students' interest in sports, positive motivations for involvement in sports activities, as well as factors that improve mental and physical health through sports habits. The results of the study will help develop psychologically based methods for forming and supporting a healthy lifestyle in students. At the same time, the development of self-control, stress resistance, and social skills of young people through sports activities was also considered within the framework of the study. This work will serve to widely promote a healthy lifestyle in the school environment, make the educational process more effective, and increase interest in sports among young people.
