This article analyzes the issues of effective use of interactive methods and principles of inclusive education in the process of developing students' reading literacy. Ways of improving pedagogical mechanisms in primary education, taking into account the individual characteristics, needs and abilities of students, are shown. The study scientifically highlights new approaches to teacher activity, the advantages of interactive methods used in the learning process, and the didactic possibilities of inclusive education. As a result, pedagogical conditions and methodological recommendations aimed at improving reading literacy were developed
