PREPARATION OF A BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUPPLEMENT FROM THE FRUITS OF CAPPHERES (Capparis spinosa l.) AND ITS BIOCHEMICAL ANALYSIS
Keywords:
Caper (Capparis spinosa L.), biologically active substances, biochemical analysis, flavonoids, antioxidants.Abstract
This scientific research deals with the chemical composition, biologically active substances and their benefits for human health of the fruit of Capparis spinosa (Capparis spinosa L.). The main goal of the research is to study the possibilities of preparing a biologically active supplement based on natural ingredients from Capparis spinosa, analyze its biochemical parameters and develop practically useful recommendations. During the research, the quantitative composition of flavonoids, saponins and tannins was studied based on general chemical analysis. According to the results obtained, it was proven that Capparis spinosa has high antioxidant properties. These components protect the human body from free radicals, strengthen immunity and have an anti-inflammatory effect.
