PEDAGOGICAL BASIS OF THE METHODOLOGY OF TEACHING THE TECHNIQUE OF THE NATIONAL SPORT OF WRESTLING TO FEMALE STUDENTS

This article discusses the didactic, psychological and pedagogical aspects of teaching female students the technical methods of the national wrestling sport. The sequence of basic movements in national wrestling, safety requirements, level of physical fitness and the effectiveness of step-by-step methods are scientifically analyzed. During the experiment, the development of speed, agility and balance skills of female students is monitored, and the socio-educational significance of national wrestling is substantiated.
