Abstrak

Mazkur maqolada talaba xotin-qizlarga milliy kurash sport turining texnik usullarini o‘rgatishning didaktik, psixologik va pedagogik jihatlari yoritiladi. Milliy kurashdagi asosiy harakatlar ketma-ketligi, xavfsizlik talablari, jismoniy tayyorgarlik darajasi va bosqichma-bosqich metodlarning samaradorligi ilmiy tahlil qilinadi. Tajriba jarayonida talaba qizlarning tezkorlik, chaqqonlik va muvozanat ko‘nikmalarining rivojlanishi kuzatilib, milliy kurashning ijtimoiy-tarbiyaviy ahamiyati asoslab beriladi.
