TEACHER COMPETENCE AND INNOVATIVE METHODS IN INCLUSIVE EDUCATION

This article extensively discusses the importance of professional competence of teachers and the use of innovative methods in the inclusive education system. The article analyzes the content of pedagogical, psychological, communicative, technological and information and communication competencies. It also shows the effectiveness of innovative methods such as differentiated teaching, game technologies, cooperative learning and modular approaches in inclusive education. It is substantiated that the professional potential of the teacher, humanity and desire for innovation are important factors in improving the quality of education in an inclusive environment.
