MODULAR METHODOLOGY OF LEGAL EDUCATION IN THE RESOCIALIZATION OF YOUTH WITH DIFFICULT EDUCATION

The article presents a modular methodology of legal education developed for the resocialization of difficult-to-educate young people aged 14–19. The methodology consists of four modules: M1 – “Legal Training” (cognitive approach), M2 – “Role-Playing Games” (activity-based approach and reintegrative shame concept), M3 – “Labor and Patriotism” (value-based approach), M4 – “Mahalla-Inspector Partnership” (social partnership pedagogy). The pedagogical foundations, goals, number of sessions, main methods, and topics of each module are revealed. The content and methods of the methodology are adapted to age groups (14–15, 16–17, 18–19 years). The effectiveness of the proposed methodology is substantiated by the results of a pedagogical experiment (95 main respondents) using statistical analysis (paired t-test, independent t-test, Cohen's d). The article also shows the possibilities of integrating the methodology with state programs (“Youth Register”, “Youth Balance”).
